Return & Refund Policy

At Sudha Fashions, customer satisfaction is our priority. Every jewellery item is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in the best condition.

General Policy

We follow a No Return / No Exchange policy once an order has been delivered. Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of design, or minor differences in color or finish. Slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen display settings. Products purchased during special promotional offers, contests, clearance or any special scheme cannot be returned or replaced.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Steps to Raise a Claim:

  1. Inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  2. An unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the package before opening and during the opening process.
  3. Unboxing Video Guidelines:
    • The package must be clearly visible from the tearing/opening side before opening.
    • No zooming or editing in the video.
    • The package should be shown from all sides (360-degree view) before opening.

Refunds

Once the claim is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5โ€“7 working days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Conditions for Claim Approval

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A proper unboxing video must be provided showing the package before opening.
  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to reject claims if proper proof of damage is not provided.
