Domestic Shipping

Andhra Pradesh & Telangana: ₹80 flat shipping
All Other States: ₹100 flat shipping
Free Shipping on orders above ₹2,000 anywhere in India
Express Shipping: ₹350 per 500g — delivered within 1 business day
Shipped via Delhivery, DTDC, or India Post, depending on your location
No Cash on Delivery (COD). Prepaid orders only.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
During festival seasons or sale events, processing may take slightly longer — we will notify you.
Delivery Time: 4–7 business days (standard) | 1 business day (express)

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to all major cities and towns across India.
For remote or unserviceable PIN codes, we will contact you within 24 hours of order placement.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or unverified addresses.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via FedEx.
Charges calculated based on the weight of your order.
Estimated delivery: 1–2 weeks.
A GST invoice is provided with every international order.
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Tracking details are shared via WhatsApp/SMS after dispatch. If you don't receive tracking info within 24 hours of dispatch, please contact us.

Cancellations

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Damaged Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos. Exchanges are considered only for manufacturing defects. No returns accepted.
